The California Child Welfare Co-Investment Partnership is a collaboration of private and public organizations working to improve outcomes in the child welfare system. The Partnership comprises CWDA, five philanthropic organizations (Casey Family Programs, Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, Stuart Foundation, Walter S. Johnson Foundation, and Zellerbach Family Foundation), the California Department of Social Services and the Judicial Council of California.
