Governor Newsom released a high-level overview of the Governor’s May Revision proposal on Friday, May 10th; details of the May Revision were published today, Wednesday May 14th. This budget update summarizes what we know so far about the proposals and issues of interest in the health and human services area where there are changes proposed in the May Revision.
