RFA Out of County Protocol
The purpose of this Statewide Inter-county Protocol is to provide guidance to a county seeking the emergency assessment and emergency placement of a child in a Resource Family Home and/or approval of a Resource Family home within the geographic boundaries of another county per the current Resource Family Approval Written Directives.
