Beginning on January 1, 2022, the Department of Health Care Services will begin implementing the California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal CalAIM initiative to better coordinate between and integrate the Medi-Cal delivery, program, and payment systems to improve beneficiary health outcomes for all Californians.
