The Human Resources (HR) Committee, created in January of 2023,
was reestablished to assist counties and CWDA staff in addressing
county workforce issues. The overarching goal of the HR Committee
is to advance policies and practices at the State and county
level that support and build a highly motivated, skilled and
diverse county human services workforce.
