CalWORKs and CalOAR:
Evaluating Our Engagement with Families
Improve general understanding of the CalOAR legislation, associated work group processes, and the resulting recommendations. Initiate county understanding of how the metrics align with an updated vision of CalWORKs program priorities and management strategies as supported by the state. Support counties in thinking forward to what CalOAR will mean for their counties and how to start the implementation process.
