Many communities are still searching for the right response to homelessness. This session will share Riverside’s model and most promising practices to end homelessness.

Homelessness represents an array of social, financial and political conflicts. Riverside has been effectively tackling these conflicting barriers and are helping families exit homelessness by means of successul team partnerships with Riverside University’s Health Systems – Behavioral Health and Riverside County Housing Authority which have allowed them to overcome serious obstacles and impediments in housing. It takes significant work to build partnerships that work.
