CWDA Conference/Symposium Presentation

California Adult Protective Services (APS) is known as a national leader in addressing abuse of elders and dependent adults. This workshop will highlight many of the recent innovations including: data collection that supports advocacy, development and delivery of core training to all APS social workers, APS involvement in three federal grants designed to enhance social work practice by measuring outcomes, and improving capacity assessments and addressing trauma.
